This has been the vision since the joining of all the Cowies Hill associations, and creation of the joint associations. The Estate Management Model has been formulised by experts in the field, to be a financially sustainable system and a system that executes critical functional tasks. Until now only restricted aspects of the model have been in action, executed by voluntary undertaking. And now, without our community unifying, we risk loosing the little advantage we have. The vision of an Estate-style precinct management solution has emerged from the need to pool efforts and involve professionals where possible.

The current schemes are under immense pressure both from a dwindling interest from volunteers and financially. If we do not act now we risk losing it all.

Delivery of services which until now have been limited to walled estates, has become a viable option for Cowies Hill residents.
Privatised community management is a reality that awaits us.
